Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This company needs to up their game. I had everything ready for my trip and they had the audacity to cancel I was waiting for the payment link after I provided all my sensitive information like pictures of our identification passport numbers and all and at the end when I had my reservation a month prior they just texted via WhatsApp saying is not longer available because we request a 5 day stay and they cancel rather that telling me to add a day sounded like a excuse. Anyway this is not how you do business.
