Good quiet location

Newly renovated in a historic building. Some rooms are in an inside courtyard, Which might not be for anyone! Overall a nice relaxing place.

Nice hotel in the herat of the town

Its always nice to be back at Park Hotell Viljandi. Nice and modern looking hotel with big rooms. Breakfast is also nice. Nothing to complain. You are my choise always in Viljandi. Easy parking with car infront of hotel also available.

A clean and particularly comfortable hotel

I have stayed in this hotel several times, it is a very good hotel in every way, clean, comfortable. The only downside is that the staff are like robots and don't smile, while the service is cold.I'm used to Thailand, where the employees are very friendly and ready to help and smile..however, this attitude is everywhere in Estonia, people are grumpy, but the price was almost three hundred euros a night in a five-star hotel, like in other parts of the world.

Very beatiful hotel, best location, great territory near it. But please never choose rooms without windows to outside(as we had), no fresh air, nothing to breathe like in the box without oxygen, ventilations not working properly, sleeping was awful. There were rooms with big windows, choose them for stay. Breakfast very good, location is the best one, liked all in hotel exept sleeping in the room.
