Perfect alternative to a villa

Apartments that easily rival a villa environment in fit out and space however also boast being fully serviced with facilities on your doorstep. We qualified for free spa access through Hotels.com silver tier, which was fabulous - one of the best pool environments we used with large areas to relax and multiple options such as a Turkish Bath, shower experiences, hydrotherapy experience, sauna etc.

Apartments are run down and need repaired and updated. Sink unit wasn’t level on the wall in the bathroom, curtains had holes and were grey, leather sofas cushions were sliding off the frame. Pool areas very clean and well kept and restaurants and access to facilities in Hotel were exceptional although staff were less attentive when they knew you were from apartments. Staff at apartments were very helpful.

Another wonderful stay! Special requests were also given and staff were very friendly and helpful. Pathways are starting to look a bit tired and need to be repaired. Disappointing that the jacuzzi in the pool still isn’t fixed for a second year.

We’ve stayed at this Hilton numerous times - it’s always our go to. Lots of positives - rooms and bathrooms clean and fresh, beds comfortable, staff friendly, good pool selection, good breakfast, grocery shop within walking distance. Only a few grumbles - towels / toilet rolls / tea and coffee / water often weren’t replenished (we were self catering); swimming pool surface is unnecessarily rough - hard to sit on to relax and I heard a lot of kids round the pool with scraped knees / feet/ snagged swimwear; food and drink expensive but I guess that’s just hotel rates. People get their towels on loungers early - they should discourage this as it means you’re often stuck with somewhere to sit at peak times and encourages a “if you can’t beat them, join them” mentality

Our welcome at reception was excellent. Our room was very clean and overlooking the pool. We arrived late but could still order food at the Rubi bar. There was a singer that made the evening more enjoyable even though we were tired from travelling. Beautiful grounds, the gardens are very well kept with some amazing flowers. We used all the facilities and felt very safe and comfortable. The indoor swimming pool came in very handy for the children as the outside pools were cold during February (although that didn’t seem to stop them). The Spa is wonderful and very happy that the children could go in from 9.45-11am. The Spar shop was only 15 minutes walk away and the complementary shuttle bus to the Marina was a great addition. It was quiet, we felt we had the whole place to ourselves. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. Just a few things I would change. The pillows were very high, the children and I found them to be uncomfortable. The furniture was a little dated and on closer inspection had chips and scratches however this didn’t effect our stay. The internet was a little slow at times which was frustrating as my husband was working. Overall a great hotel.

The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, & plenty of space, with amazing balconies. One of the showers was lovely, the other one, a shower over the bath could have done with replacing, the small mosaics tiles on the wall used to come off on a daily basis. The swimming pool was good too, and always plenty of sun beds. Staff were lovely and helpful, especially the reception staff. Marco, and also Yasmin, who was warm and very thoughtful, she dealt with my foot when I had a small accident....thank you, you were amazing.
