The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. There was an amazing selection, everything tasted fresh, and it was the perfect way to start our day. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay in Vila Real. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was fresh with a good selection each morning. The room was well maintained and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. A great base for visiting the Douro region and nearby attractions. Would happily stay again.

Mr. Amadeu was very kind and helpful when we checked in very late at midnight. We had car accident and went to hospital before last minute booking and checking in. Mr. Amadeu knew that we had trouble with late night food and brought us some available from the kitchen to survive the night. We were very much appreciated. Then for the next 2 days we were very fortunate to get big help from Mr. Vitor during his day shift duty. He helped discussing, negotiating and managing our accident trouble with local police, car rental company, taxi drivers, etc. We wouldn’t survive these situations without his support, assistance and kind help. It’s very fortunate that we decided to book the Mira Corgo hotel after the accident as it was the best hotel in town. We were APPRECIATED and would like to say THANK YOU from our hearts.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. Everyone from desk check-in, assistance, restaurant staff and so on. The foyer was beautiful, and the bar and verandahs were amazing!! Beautiful views from rooms, restaurant and terraces.

Nice 4* hotel, a little too classic for our taste, relatively well maintained but the décor of the lobby/bar is probably from late 90's or early 00's. Good check-in service, we could park in the hotel garage, nice and clean room with good beds. Breakfast variety a bit disappointing, few options for a 4* hotel. Nice views and terrace over Corgo River, the hotel is walking distance from old town. Considering value for money, we would expect a bit more, however it's the only 4* hotel in Vila Real city center, we recommend for location and convenience.
