A fabulous location to get away! We enjoyed a hot tub, walk along the beach and if we had had more time- we could have enjoyed a campfire near the ocean! Breakfast was excellent and the host was welcoming and very organized! A seamless check in and out! I would recommend it!

Lovely property well located for visiting L’Anse aux Meadows, St Anthony and surrounding areas. Rooms are very large with large bathrooms as well. Very quiet, ocean front location with magnificent sunsets. Staff were helpful and the continental breakfast included home baked muffins and scones. The beds were extremely comfortable and WIFI was super fast. Highly recommend.

Great spot to stay with friendly staff. Small hotel gives more of an B&B experience with an amazing view and property right on the water. Hotel is located in the forest so the locations is both good and bad, great if you want to be near the water and nature poor location if you need amenities (town is a 15 minute drive). Free breakfast was basic but good, parking is plenty and there is free laundry on site.

We had a good stay. The hotel was in a convenient location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The employees were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Very nice place, exceptionally clean. It was a self serve motel, which was ok with us. Except the TV in the room did not work, and there was no one to contact to enquire about it...but over all it was a great place to stay. Breakfast room was very nice, but it was a basic continental breakfast. Nothing fancy...toast, cereal, muffins and yogurt in the fridge. Hot tub was a nice touch Would have rated it a 5 star except for the TV.

Everything was great and we enjoyed a spectacular sunset!! I know that is not a guarantee with every visit but we were lucky. We had to leave early so we were able to get a 'to go' breakfast. That helped us get to the Ste. Barbe ferry on time!! The place really had a quiet homey atmosphere, especially for me as I live in a log home. More overhead lighting would be helpful but this seemed to be a common issue almost everywhere we stayed.

Room was quite nice and very clean. Check in and out was especially easy. Breakfast was usual continental cuisine, but had everything I wanted. Only thing I didn't like was I couldn't get wifi. Not sure if it was the place or my phone that couldn't pick up a signal. Didn't bother to ask owner as I use my phones data.

Ted and his wife are business people he knows his stuff. Everything about it was great except the weather and I dont think he can control that. The breakfast was good and typical but Ted comes in and works the room newfie style and before you know it the whole room is talking among themselves. This is a way up but you wont be sorry. Scenery to make you hold your breath BUT get gas at first opportunity always on the rock and assume there are no stores as you go so stock up always also. ENJOY
