The property was good, decent ambiance and the staff was attentive. But the room and amenities were not to standard. The coffee pot had water from the previous guest and the blankets had stains on them. For being an expensive hotel in the area, the room was not on point.

Facility is good. By mistake did a buplicate booking During my stay staff were nice and I was told that the charges for the second booking will be refunded. After my check out their tone changed and refused the refund for the duplicate booking. Everything else is good but no morals in doing business.

I see quality of service and facility has dropped from my previous stays. Staff is ok. Bathrooms need maintenance and repairs. Reception has not enforcement of lines. People just cut you off to get what they want and staff keeps serving them while you wait patiently in lines. Restaurant for buffet opens at 6:30am with very skinny staff and no one to take care of you. Food is ok.

Considering the property is 5 star, the carpet in the hall ways should needed to be much cleaner. Proper extra beds should be onsite. The extra bed provided was hard and had to be returned. TV was not functioning and had be replaced.
