This was a superb choice of a hotel for our stay in Vigo. Beyond the facilities being great and the location super convenient, the best thing 1000% was the staff. They were always friendly and had the nicest details. Would recommend and stay again should we return to Vigo

Staff was always professional and kind with check-in and check out. They gladly helped call a very quick taxi for our departure. Hotel was exactly as expected. Great walkable location to everything, including Vigo's major train station. Only complaint was that there was construction happening every night outside of the hotel, out of the company's control I realize but that is my only complaint.

Close to train stations

This hotel was centrally located and walking distance to both train stations. The room and lobby were both clean and modern. The desk clerk Laura was especially helpful and very kind and greeted me always with a smile. The only thing I could ask is maybe just 1 television channel in English. I was there on a Sunday and not much happens in town on Sundays. So I stayed in the room and relaxed most of the day. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very good location, comfortable and very clean room. Friendly and efficient staff. We were able to have an early check in. I left my cell phone in the room at check out and they shipped it to Lisbon for me at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with their staff.

Das Hotel war soweit ok und die Aussicht vom 10ten Stock war wunderbar! Der Parkplatz war ein Parkhaus, welches angeblich 15 € für 24 h kosten sollte... bezahlt habe ich 25€.

Como en todas mis reseñas, evalúo tres aspectos clave: A. Ubicación, B. Servicio, C. Relación precio/calidad. A. Ubicación: El hotel está bien situado. Desde el aeropuerto de Vigo (VGO) se llega en 15 minutos en Uber o en menos de una hora en transporte público. Si llegás en tren, tanto la estación de Urzáiz como la de Guixar están a distancia caminable. Además, hay muchas opciones para comer o tomar algo cerca, lo cual siempre suma. B. Servicio: Recibimos muy buena atención desde la llegada. Aunque no usamos el desayuno, el hotel cuenta con restaurante y servicio disponible. C. Relación precio/calidad: Las habitaciones son pequeñas y no están insonorizadas, así que el ruido del exterior y de otros pisos se nota. Las camas no son las más cómodas, y el suelo cruje bastante. Sin embargo, el precio es razonable. El gimnasio en la azotea tiene buena vista, aunque también mucho calor. Mi opinión: Si te importa más la ubicación y el precio que el descanso profundo, este hotel cumple. Pero si el sueño reparador es prioridad, quizás te convenga buscar otra opción.
