The apartment was fine, big and close to the centre of the city. The only thing that wasn't fine was the temperature in the apartment: we couldn't fix it manually and it was cold the whole time.

現地にスタッフはいません。それ自体は特に気にしないのですが、何かトラブルがあったときにWhatsApp経由で対応しなければいけないのが面倒だったこととチェックアウトした後に荷物を預ける設備がこの建物にはないので、系列のホテルに約15分ほどかけて、荷物を持っていかなければ、荷物を預けることができないと言うところは欠点ではないかと思いました。‎WhatsApp Kの連絡自体はとてもスムーズで的確な対応してくれるので、そこに不安はありませんが、一般的なホテルと比べるとフロント機能がない不便はあります。

Gostamos muito do local, espaçoso, novo, organizado, alojamento estava bem limpo no geral, porém as roupas de cama estavam empoeirada, algo que conta muito, pois a nossa alergia atacou, dormimos no sofá cama da sala que é muito espaçoso e as duas luzes do corredor não estavam a funcionar. Ótima localização.

Foi tudo muito prático. Recebemos os códigos de entrada, por e-mail, no dia da chegada. O apartamento estava super limpo, organizado e bem arrumado. Tem todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar/comer. As toalhas e os lençóis estavam ótimos. O sofá já merecia uma limpeza, mas deu para aceitar. Alojamento com aquecimento e extremamente próximo das atrações de Natal de Vigo (da Árvore de Natal). Recomendaria sem reservas.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, la cocina es amplia y está equipada con todo lo necesario si deseas cocinar durante tu estancia. Encontramos todo limpio, aunque se olvidaron de barrer o aspirar el suelo. Y si no pongo 5 estrellas es porque hubiera deseado que fuera un poco más acogedor y no haber tenido frío dentro del piso. Al llegar pedimos que subieran un grado el termoestato (a 23•C) y lo hicieron por un rato, pero luego lo volvieron a apagar y el segundo día seguía sintiéndose frio dentro del piso.
