Posto bellissimo, immerso nella natura, e animazione disponibile e coinvolgente. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza è stata deludente rispetto al prezzo e al livello dichiarato. La camera Deluxe Vista Mare era molto più piccola rispetto alle foto pubblicate su Expedia e sul sito ufficiale: veranda stretta e infossata, mare appena visibile, poca privacy e scarso isolamento acustico. Gli spazi erano insufficienti per tre persone e per i bagagli; abbiamo dovuto usare il terzo letto come porta-valigie e dormire in tre in un letto scomodo. Deludente anche il cibo, con qualità simile a una mensa, poca varietà, caos e porzioni limitate. La disposizione dei piatti, molto bassa e facilmente toccabile, lasciava inoltre perplessi sul piano igienico. A causa di un lutto siamo partiti un giorno prima, rinunciando a una notte e alla giornata di ombrellone in seconda fila già pagate. Pur comprendendo le politiche della struttura, ci saremmo aspettati maggiore sensibilità. Natura e animazione promosse, ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è soddisfacente.
