Beau cadre de villégiature

Séjour de 2 nuits dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Je fais attention au calme et la propreté des hébergements lorsque je me déplace. Ces 2 critÚres ont été satisfaits, en plus d'un magnifique cadre au milieu de la nature. En revanche cet hébergement convient davantage pour un séjour en amoureux que pour un déplacement professionnel en solo :). Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner proposé en hiver, mais j'ai été prévenu le jour de mon déplacement. Ce n'est pas clairement indiqué sur le site d'Hotels.com. En revanche il y a une kitchenette qui permet de se débrouiller correctement, pour peu qu'on ait fait quelques courses auparavant.

Loin d'ĂȘtre mĂ©morable! La politique d'annulation s'est avĂ©rĂ©e ĂȘtre un vĂ©ritable casse-tĂȘte, et le personnel, bien qu'aimable, semblait naviguer dans une mer de confusion chaque fois que des questions Ă©taient posĂ©es. Essayez d'envoyer un e-mail Ă  la direction, et vous serez accueilli par un silence assourdissant. La communication semble ĂȘtre une notion trop complexe Ă  maĂźtriser pour votre Ă©tablissement. J'ai sollicitĂ© un remboursement total ou parciel en raison de circonstances particuliĂšres: l'Ă©tablissement ferme ses portes aprĂšs 20h30, et je prĂ©voyais une arrivĂ©e tardive dans la nuit. Non seulement ma demande a Ă©tĂ© refusĂ©e, mais le sentiment de m'ĂȘtre fait voler (208,56e) est indĂ©niable. Ajoutez Ă  cela j'ai contactĂ© l'Ă©tablissement seulement apres 10 minutes de la rĂ©servation. Le personnel semble perdu et incapable de traiter des situations simples, et la direction est apparemment inaccessible...
