It was our first time visiting Vieques, and our first time staying in this hotel. The staff were great, and the atmosphere was amazing. We had traveled ALL DAY, all we wanted to do was get to the room, and unwind, when we got there our room was clean and ready, and we still had a couple of hours to enjoy the pool. The hotel is quiet, and gives a relaxing vibe. I would 100% stay here again.

Loved the stay with a 3 y.o and a 8 y.o.

Amazing little place. Very well designed. The pool area is awesome and the little balcony is cool. They let us take beach chairs and towels after we checked out. The location is amazing too.

Overall it was a great stay at Old Crow. The suites were really well done. They were spacious, super clean, didn't feel like a hotel, more like a well kept, modern air BNB. The pool was smallish but it worked for the kids and there was plenty of seating and shade. It was a ten minute drive from anywhere you wanted to go and they have their own jeep rental business so that was super convenient. Beyond the rooms, the rest of the property could use a little upkeep but we would definitely stay there again.

The property location is excellent, really close to the capital, Isabel II, and just off a main road to access Esperanza and other areas of the island. The check in process was really smooth, the room was big and had everything you could possibly need. They also offered a light breakfast each morning. The bed was super comfy as well. We didn't use the pool but it looked really nice. They provided beach towels and beach chairs which was a really nice addition. Free parking in front of the property too. My only 'negatives' are that the aircon never really got cold, it was pleasant enough to sleep if we turned the ceiling fan on but I had to sleep on top of the covers as to avoid getting overheated. My 13yr old son also missed having a tv in the room but he made do for 2 days without it. Also the free WiFi signal is very weak in the room so you need to go to the common areas if you want to use it.

Where to begin about our stay, it was truly amazing. We chose the pay at the property option but a week or two the staff from the hotel contacted me to run our payment (which to made this so much more efficient) and offered to set up rental car or taxi transportation. Check in couldn’t have been any smoother. We get to our room and it’s even better than described or as pictured. It’s still under construction and there’s some areas you can tell that they are still working on it. The room was set up for our family of 5 and they had the extra essentials in the room for us when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was amazing, pool was clean and beautiful, and there are unlimited instagram worthy backdrops. Highly recommend going and can’t wait until our next stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Old Crow Hotel in Vieques and were extremely pleased with the quality of the service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of—especially thanks to Charick and Maissavely, who went above and beyond to assist us. They provided excellent recommendations on the best beaches to visit, top restaurants on the island, and key spots not to miss during our stay. Their insights made a real difference in our experience. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. It featured a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, espresso coffee maker, sink, and all necessary utensils, which made our stay very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and we appreciated having a separate sitting area as well as a large private terrace to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We were also very grateful for the hotel’s flexibility at check-out—they kindly extended our departure time to 12:00 noon at no extra cost and stored our luggage until we were ready to head to the ferry terminal in the afternoon. Overall, our experience at Old Crow was outstanding. The service, the accommodations, and the genuine hospitality of the staff exceeded our expectations. We are definitely planning to return on our next visit to Vieques.

This is a very unique property that could have potential if it wasn’t for the bad management. The two men are friendly and helpful except for an unwelcoming lady who tried charging us for a missing key. The only amenity available was the pool. I wish we were told it was under construction so we could have made plans elsewhere. Overpriced and False advertisement.
