The cost of the hotel was low but the hotel was actually quite nice. Although, it does need a renovation. Yet, the airport shuttle is near the hotel and the cost is only $2. There were many food options in the area. I needed to visit a clinic while I was there which was located only several block away. There is a coin laundry only a block away.

I always stay at this hotel for the last five years. I noticed there’s some change this time. I hardly see any staff in the lobby after check in. Their service is somewhat degrading. Breakfast buffet is about the same. I decided to stay only two nights and moved to a five star hotel by the Mekong River and cost $30 less than this hotel

I would not stay there. It’s like a 1 star hotel. The bed is so hard and feels like the springs are gonna pop out. Found a roach in the bathroom and killed it.

Room is very dirty,small space,bed is really old,mattress is bad. Bathroom space is small,bathtub, faucets,curtain, everything was old and dirty. But staffs are very kindness,smiles, and friendly.

The hotel overall looks rundown and dated. My guest room was the same, and my bathroom was really bad too with the bathtub molding peeling up. And my bed was a spring mattress, I didn’t even think those were made any longer! Unbelievable!! I will say that the included breakfast was pretty great. But I’d never want to stay here again.

Place was so bad. I got the suite and it was not good at all. DAY 1. They gave my room i booked away to someone else. When I got the hotel to check in, they couldn't find my name so I had to show them my booking on here. Booked the suite with 2 beds, my nephew and I. After avoit 30 mins they gave me my room key and I asked for 2 since there is TWO of us and the lady said no. So we got one key. Finally get to the room and there was only 1 bed. Had to go back down and talk to her and she said to stay in that one and they will give my nephew another room for the night. As I walked around the room to check it out, there was dead bugs and dirt behind the table stands then i saw 2 lizards running around. I had to catch them and put them outside. Had to wait until after 2pm to get the room I booked and well. It did not look like the room in the picture. Decided to not go complain and deal with it. So the pictures DO NOT MATCH THE ROOMS. Just a fyi. We needed the room one more day and did not want to go get another place, so I went to extend it and they said the price for it was doubled. Said f it and paid for it since I did not want to go look for another hotel for one night. On the extended day we got back to the room and my nephew went to use the bathroom only to find out we had no running water. So we had a toilet with poop floating around. Finally went and checked out, we had them do laundry ONCE and the guy at the desk told me it was $55 CASH. More but cant fit what I wanttosay

Ist das was man erwarten sollte wenn man hierher verreist. Es sollten aber vielleicht doch mal aktuelle Fotos zur Unterkunft eingesetzt werden. Hotel selbst wird wenig gepflegt. Die Zentrale lange ist aber sehr gut.

フロントの方の感じは良かったですが、節電のためか照明をだいぶ減らしていました。また、設備が老朽化したり、壊れかかっている部分があり、テレビとか洗面台とか、工夫して使用しました。ホテルのスタッフに対応して貰えば良いのかもしれませんが、スタッフも少なそうで難しそうに感じました。

部屋は綺麗で、ゆっくりできました。接客は丁寧で高級感を感じました。ロビーも広く、くつろぎ安かったです。残念な点は、トイレや風呂が少し古めな印象でした。また、枕カバーの汚れが目立ちました。それ以外は特に不満はありませんでした。また、ヴィエンチャンに行く場合は宿泊すると思います。
