Location was excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants and night life. Close to a convenient store to buy water and snacks. Staff was super friendly and spoke english.

The room was spacious as we reserved the 2 bedroom executive suite. The property was clean and it was nice to have in unit laundry since our stay was quite long. The pool was great and so was the daily breakfast buffet. The staff were nice and professional. The location was a bit of a challenge as there were not a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and hardly any street vendors. We like to eat local food when we travel. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

The guy who checked us in the afternoon was not very helpful, welcoming or accomodating. He's more like a robot than a person. He made us felt that he's doing us a favour by staying in their hotel. Our 1st night was a horrible sleepless night due to the noise and uncomfortable room. However we were so lucky that the next day there was a nice and helpful guy Phetsamai who, with the help of his manager, assisted us with our issues and we were upgraded to a better room. Thanks heaps Phetsamai! The free use of the laundry room was great and the pool was simply relaxing after touring around on a hot day. Easy walk to town. Thanks to Em at the reception who has also been very kind and helpful during our stay.

Great service, international standard

Great hotel. Easily arranged complimentary airport pickup by just calling the front desk the day before arrival. Professional staff at check in counter, service minded and with international standard in service provided. English could be improved among some of staff, but the level of English spoken among staff is much better than among the average Lao population. Room according to descriptions, comfortable and luxurious. Kitchen with basic appliances, very good for basic cooking for lunch and dinner as well as breakfast. Hot water in shower and great air conditioning. On this stay I also had a balcony on the top 6th floor, which is a bonus, not every room come with balcony. Complimentary laundry room with washer and dryer, bring your own detergent. Great gym with free weights and treadmill. Pool is large and sun beds available and free towels provided. Lounge with complimentary tea and coffee. Great wifi throughout the property, reliable and fast internet. Check out at 12, but free to use pool and lounge if you are waiting for your flight for an evening departure. Leave your bags at front desk for pick up later, reliable and safe. Complimentary airport shuttle easily arranged at front desk.

Okay, but eating was a problem, no restaurant only the morning breakfast for about three hours when nobody is awake! One lift under repair but not bad with only one working. Location not so good for food. In room shower could use a good cleaning grout mildew and floor corners dirty. Not a 4 Star hotel as advertised, more like a 3 Star for sure!

라오스에서는 글로벌 스탠다드가 있는 월드체인호텔에 묵는 것이 좋다는 것을 절감했어요~ 그전에 부티크호텔을 이용한 적이 있는데 넘 불편하고 별로였어요~프론트 직원들 매우 친절하고 가방 맡기고 루왕프라방을 다녀오고 마지막 날도 밤비행기라 레이트체크아웃했는데 돈을 더 내기는 했지만 편했어요~
