Huge, clean pool with plenty of tables around it. Great location near night-life but quiet. Nice room with balcony. Enjoyed that there is an adjacent Cafe that you can grab a drink at and enjoy poolside. The breakfast was pretty spartan, but it got the job done. Really enjoyed my stay.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room is super spacious and veey clean and comfortable. All toiletaries are provided and the check-in staff is exceptionally welcoming. The bfast is from 730-10am, basic but variety of fruits. The hotel is in the heart of the city, walkable from all sightseeing places and evn the Central Bus station and airport bus drop-off. A must stay in Vientiane

Well located although attractions are a bit of a pleasant walk. The staff, breakfast, the A/C, and size of the room were all appreciated. On the down side the room had solid wodden shutters rather than windows, the door was ill-fitted and allowed mosquitoes in, and the shower was installed by a challanged plumber - it could only be used as a handheld - otherwise it was spraying directly at your face. Overall it seemed value for the money when wanting to swim lengths in a good sized pool in 38C temps.

Newly opened hotel so some rooms still under construction. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. Excellent pool. As the name implies, it was a very peaceful stay. I’m sure when all the construction is completed it will be even more pleasant to stay here.

Peaceful hotel is the opposite its in the middle of a building site.Rooms are spacious bit dated.Staff were nice limited English.Pool dangerous loose tiles and slippery.Not much around the area.

Hotel was conveniently located near several places to visit. The best part of my day was the customer service from. T and Mhon as well as the gentlemen feom the breakfast area I do not remember his name. Staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they need helping me with suggestions, in creating a warm experience. They all have high standards of customer service. Thank you.

The staff are very efficient and friendly. We had a problem with extremely loud music coming from an adjacent property one evening and the manager moved us to a different hotel for the night so we could get some sleep. Excellent customer service! However the property is under going major refurbishment which will probably last a few months at least so resembles a building site and the rooms although extremely large are looking dated.

Room was great, big and plenty of space. Bathroom is modern. Great location and not too far from the night market. Convenience store is also walking distance. Free breakfast comes with bread and jam along plentiful fruits. As of this date the hotel is in the phase of renovation so the room had some minor issue. The pool wasn’t operational but looked nice, they have a new restaurant that is being built soon. The manager T and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Any questions or concerns were dealt with.
