It is an older hotel, so don't expect modern resort accommodations. It is comfortable, close to everything and the staff are very friendly. Just ask and they will help with a smile. I had a very satisfying stay here.

Staff incredibly accomodating and polite. Nice touch with the simple morning buffet. Hotel has an old charm character which suited us. Nice balcony in our room. Hotel is conveniently located and walkable to all areas.

近くにいくつもお店があり、夜23時まで開いているバー兼レストランがあります。 施設は古いですが、朝食もスタッフも素晴らしいです。 シャワーの水圧が弱いですが、東南アジアなら、標準レベルの水圧だと思います。

ショッピングモール、バスターミナル、繁華街の中間くらいにあり便利な位置にあるかなと思います。 部屋は広くて清潔でした。 Expedia上は片道送迎サービスが着いてたのですが、空港まで送ってもらうサービスがなかったのは残念です。細かいことは気にしないので深く追求しませんでしたが、気にされる方は確認した方が良いと思います。

空港送迎を、予約時に予約されてないと言う事態が起こった。結果予約もされていて、送迎も予約できたけど、海外で当日そのような対応だと不安になります。 また、部屋のシャワーがぬるくて寒かったです。もう少し熱いお湯が出て欲しかった

Affordable and clean,

The staff was considerate and helpful. The room was large and clean, it was a little dated but overall a very nice hotel with a comfortable bed and cold aircon. We will be reserving again.

便利なロケーション　フレンドリー丁寧なサービス　

市内周辺の観光地はすべて徒歩で行けます。周りにお店、カフェ、レストラン、コンビニもたくさんあるので、何も困らずとても快適に過ごせました。受付に日本語を話す男性が勤務していて、常にいろいろ訪ねてくれたり、教えてくれたり、とても気持ちの良い対応を受けました。感謝しています。部屋は、広さは、十分、古さがあるせいかバスルームは、少し古びた汚さがありましたが、普通に滞在するには、問題ない程度です。往復空港送迎付きとのことでしたので、こちらを予約しましたが、ホテルからは片道のみといわれ、記載に誤りがあるため、片道の送迎代は、ホテルドットコムで負担していただく対応をしていただきました。女性一人旅でしたが、危険な思いもなくとても快適に過ごせました。
