Nice stay and great staff

We appreciated our stay at the hotel with its convenient location on the river near the airport and night market . The room was roomy and well appointed with a good view. Best of all was the great front desk staff

Great relaxing place to kick your feet up. Loved the live music on the rooftop bar. I ordered the quesadilla and it was the best I had in my entire life! Huge variety breakfast buffet with an expert egg chef! I would come back here for sure

Loved it.

Very new 5 star hotel. Everything was excellent and the price was very attractive. Great breakfast buffet and awesome bar/restaurant. Could not ask for anything more.

The hotel is right on the river, beautiful veiw from the roof top bar. We had dinner on the rooftop and it was great. The suite was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Disco Hotel 24/7

Unfortunatly there was allmost 24/7 Disco Music wich was very disturbing. I kinda expected a quiet and enjoyable relaxing stay at this highly recommended Hotel but the constant noise of the music was rather annoying.

Nice hotel but far from the center of twon

Very nice hotel with well appointed and clean rooms, comfortable bedding, nice pool with a view and good breakfast. The location is a long walk from the center of town, restaurants and action. Service is very attentive and effective.

Very nice hotel, the hotel itself looks very new, we booked 4 rooms and all the rooms setting are similar, but very nice, the location is a must; right next to the Mekong river and walking distance to the night market and a seafood BBQ buffet. We spent a few nights in Vientaine but their hotel couldn’t accommodate us since we needed 4 rooms ( the hotel was filled) so we were only able to book for one night on our last night, really wish we could have spent more nights here. We didn’t even have time to enjoy their swimming pool and rooftop bar, definitely will stay at this hotel next time we come back to Vientaine.

Great Stay in Vientiane

The hotel is located on the banks of the Mekong River, a ten minute drive to the airport, thirty minute drive to the High Speed Railway Station and five minutes away from the CBD. The facility is new, the staff very friendly and the facilities agreeable. Our room overlooked the river. On the far side we could see the lights of Thailand. A delightful open roof top bar and restaurant served fine food and wine at sensible prices. At night the atmosphere was enhanced with the occasional aeroplane arriving and departing overhead from the International Vientiane Airport. At the lobby level a Restaurant served a large array of dishes for breakfast. A well appointed bar downstairs was a welcome refuge when rain closed the roof top bar.

Property was nice, right across street from Mekong. Staff, especially in Silk Road restaurant was very professional and attentive. I got room on 8th floor directly below speakers of 360 restaurant and bar, and on some evenings it was very loud. All other nights I heard and felt the vibrations of the bass from the music. This was NOT ideal, but since I did not complain to reception and ask for another room, it's my bet. Having been at the Bangkok Eastin before, I just expected a bit more (of amenities, etc) luxury. Breakfast was consistently good every morning

Hotel sits directly in the Mekong river. Feels upscale compared to many others and the price is right. Would definitely return. Pool area could be a bit bigger, gets crowded in the evening, but I didn’t even care to swim anyways. I enjoyed my stay overall.

The hotel service was great. We requested a larger room, with a good view of the river and extra pillows which the provided. They also provided a free shuttle bus pickup from the airport and the best part is they a have free shuttle bus service every hour to the city centre so you don’t need to walk or get transport. I couldn’t recommended any better.
