This is a great hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was beautiful. I had a room overlooking the Mekong with a balcony which I recommend as the view is awesome. The breakfast is also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel service was great. We requested a larger room, with a good view of the river and extra pillows which the provided. They also provided a free shuttle bus pickup from the airport and the best part is they a have free shuttle bus service every hour to the city centre so you don’t need to walk or get transport. I couldn’t recommended any better.
