The location was good and bad. The good was the closeness to the Naschmarkt. The bad was a busy street on one side and the train behind.
Very nosy location.
The major issue was the owner. He was extremely unhelpful and unsupportive. He and any property that he is evolved with should be banned for this site.
I recognize that he was not prepared for early check-in; however, upon request for help with luggage his response was we do not offer that just find it yourself. He was rude and did not show any compassion for the renter. We were just not his issue or problem.
We had to find a location to store our luggage for a couple of hours with no help or suggestion. Once we checked in the property was a third floor walk up. No elevator. The stairs were circular and difficult to use with the luggage. This issue was never mentioned in the description. Misrepresentation of the property.
There was no AC which is understandable in Europe, but because of the street and train nose it made the apartment a terrible choice. It also seems that there is only one apartment within the building that is used for guest. The others are empty or used for storage for his restaurant. All 3 floors.
The building itself was rundown and in poor repair. It did not fell like a safe environment. We will never go back and I hope this review will help others.
