The reception staff were attentive. The breakfast was always replenished and the area was clean. The only issue was that the kitchen utensils were missing in the room, and the food disposer was leaking water when used. Otherwise, I had a great stay with my family! The area is truly wonderful, close to Walmart and great shopping malls.

Staff was great!! We let the girl know in the morning about the door and how it was very drafty and the furnace ran all know because of this. Otherwise it was a great visit and may be back if we are in the area again!!

The staff is always professional and very friendly! The rooms feel like home away from home. I have just about everything I need. Overall the location is amazing and this stay at this hotel is highly recommended! Five stars!!!

Breakfast poor. Housekeeping service nonexistent over 8 days even when explicitly asked for and promised. A run around when I asked for a plunger. Poor noise control. It sounded like a herd of elephants from the room above. Did they put amplifiers in the floor? I'll never stay there again.
