Such a lovely and convenient place to stay! Highly recommend! Rooms are super clean, laundry is included, and the staff is very friendly. The location is perfect, with the tram right outside and lots of places within walking distance.

I’ve stayed at many different hotels but I must say that the stay at this hotel has been the most wonderful experience I ever had, the staff was super kind and helpful, hotel is perfectly located with transportation access right outdoors. It is very safe and it is unique with a lot to do and comes with amenities that more hotels should provide including the checkout time to 12pm without charging extra.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of tram stop. It was easy to get to main attractions in Vienna in 15-25 mins. The room was spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed. The checkin and check out were fully automated, which was great to see. Breakfast had ton of variety. The breakfast area would get crowded for the size Of the hotel.

Everything was beyond expectations it is a place for everyone, solo travellers of all ages, groups and families. It caters for everyone. The staff were always friendly probably among the best hotel staff I have encountered so fair play to you all because you made it as much the experience. Out of the city centre bit this is perfect it's in a safe and quiet area
