This hotel is perfect in location ... close to the old town but in a quiet area. The staff at the hotel were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. I definitely recommend it !!

Location is great. Hotel is old style and quaint. Staff was hit and miss. Problem with shower was noted but never fixed. Main complaint was the bed, soft and not much support. Probably would not stay here again.

Excellent location, just steps from the Vienna State Opera and wonderful shopping. The hotel has beautiful antique décor that gives it an elegant, classic Viennese atmosphere. One of the highlights was the exceptional full breakfast buffet—one of the best we enjoyed during our trip. The beautiful presentation made it feel especially memorable, with breakfast served using lovely porcelain coffee sets and crisp table linens. The unusually intense summer heat wave did seem to affect the performance of the air conditioning, although this has been a challenge in many places across Europe and around the world this summer. Overall, a beautiful and memorable hotel in an excellent location, and a wonderful place to experience the classic charm of Vienna. Definitely love to stay again.

Room service was great, location excellent and so close to all sights but it was a little noisy as we were next to the elevator. The bathroom was too small but all as expected given the age of the hotel. Overall a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Junior suite with historical style + AC and in room nespresso & lounging area - we didn't eat at the hotel, since we wanted to explore restaurants in the area, of which there are many - centrally located, which allows you to walk to most of the sight seeing areas and all of the shopping - 5 min walk to the State Opera or to the mtg point for most paid tours - many great restaurants within 1min - 10 min walk
