Loved the privacy and the clean and modern facilities. It is a bit of a walk to public transit, restaurants, etc., but that was fine with me, it was very quiet and I got great sleep!

After a long journey, I arrived in Vienna and headed to the hotel for check-in, only to find out that the hotel owner had sent me a message explaining that another guest had booked the last available room before me. Upon realizing this, I explained the situation to the staff at the hotel, and they kindly helped me get in touch with the owner. Fortunately, the owner had already arranged a room for me at another hotel they also own, in order to make up for the inconvenience. They were very helpful, and I was pleased with how quickly the issue was resolved. The hotel I stayed at had a similar concept and was just as comfortable, I guess.

Very simple and easy. Impressively built beds that did not creek and had the perfect temperature. For anyone just needing a bed for a night or two this is a great place to stay
