I was disappointed because there was no service desk like it was advertised. We needed clean towels and toilet paper and there was nobody to ask. We had to keep the trash in the room for a whole week, that was so unacceptable

Var nervøs ved at det var self check in og ubemandet. Men det blev gjort til skamme af det hurtige svar og hvor godt det hele var. Kaffemaskine, nyt bad og en dejlig seng. Der blev gjort rent under vores ophold og vi havde et dejligt ophold. Der er et pizzeria i stueetagen i bygningen som er meget velbesøgt og serverer lækkert mad. Kan varmt anbefales.

Sieht von außen nicht doll aus. Ist hinter einer Pizzeria mit guter Pizza. Die Räume sind aber ganz neu und sehr bequemes Bett, was für mich das Hauptkriterium eines Hotelzimmers.

Best Place in Vienna. For an American living here & slowly transitioning back home, it's perfect to relax. Partially in the forrest & surröunded by nature. The environment is extremely chill. And the restaurant is by far, the top, real deal Italian pizza of Vienna. And Kimbo coffee (one of the best). The staff as well, from the cooks; servers, to the hotel staff. Super kind & helpful. *bonus that checkout is 12- not 11, which is fairly common now in Wien w/ a cleaning lady pounding at the door 12sharp. *tram direct to the 9th & 2nd district is literally right outside the door. Nespresso machines, Netflix tv, clean & newly done rooms. Ive stayed in many hotels in Vienna & this takes the cake for me :)

Gleich neben der Straßenbahn Haltestelle Nr.38 und ca.10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu die Heurigen.Online Check-in hat nicht funktioniert.Freunlicher Mitarbeiter von der Pizzeria unterhalb hat geholfen.Sonst Schöne saubere Zimmer und Bad. Ein Manko. Zimmer wurden nicht nach der Benützung aufgeräumt.

Das hotel ist wohl das sauberste, indem ich jemals war. Auch die Ausstattung ist rundum modern. Ein - nicht ganz ernst gemeinter - Nachteil, ist die grandiose Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss. Dadurch riecht es im Treppenhaus(nicht in den Zimmen) immer unverschämt gut nach Essen, so dass man stets Hunger bekommt. Das Personal ist freundlich und geht ohne zu zögern auf jeden Wunsch ein. Das einzige was ich vermisst habe,ist gerade bei diesen Temperaturen ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, damit man zumindest die Getränke kühlen kann. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden!
