This hotel is fabulous. The location is great. There’s a lot of bars and restaurants just nearby as well as a fantastic bar and restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are new and updated elevator to get to your room. Highly recommend staff was friendly and professional.

Extremely helpful reception when we arrived. Didn’t eat in but the restaurant was very lively and youthful. We sat at the bar watching mixologists doing their thing and keeping a well organised bar. Would definitely visit again.

The employees were so helpful with suggestions of what to see and places to eat. Very friendly and welcoming. Felt very safe walking around everywhere. The gym was nice but had to get use to the self propelled treadmill Happy to have a clean and enjoyable workout space.

We had a wonderful 2 nights at this excellent freshly renovated beautiful hotel. The main standouts were the extremely helpful staff, they were so attentive and wanting to help. We received an upgrade on our room which was fresh and clean with the best shower! The breakfast was fabulous and the hard working egg chef was a standout! Would highly recommend for easy access to The Museum Quarter.
