Modern boutique hotel, walkable to tourist attractions, restaurants and nightlife. The breakfast was very good and having a record player in the room added a nice touch. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This property was super fun. It’s in a great area, walkable to a lot of sites. Conveniently located a block away was a vending machine area so it was easy to get snacks or water for the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved being able to grab records and play them in the room. The rooftop bar has amazing views.

This hotel is very nice, with decent-sized rooms, located in a very convenient area. The rooms are equipped with record players and one can borrow records from the front desk. There is a great breakfast and they play real music in the dining area. Lovely place!

Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for what I wanted to see with most things being a fifteen minute walk. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower, hot and powerful. The entire hotel has a stylish somewhat funky design. The gym was small but fine and the large sauna was especially nice. Breakfast was excellent, especially the potstickers. would highly recommend the hotel.

I loved this hotel. It was so cool. Staff were friendly. Room was excellent. Very clean, convenient and quite. My only negative was the pillows. They were too soft and lumpy for me but I get most people like that. Ideal location - walk to the train, shops and the sites in less than 10-mins. The sauna is fantastic!

Stayed for 9 days in June 2025. The hotel is in a central position for places of interest and great places to eat in close proximity with the U Barn just minutes from Hotel Jazz. The style of the hotel is smart and modern , well maintained. The staff from the reception area, cleaning and the breakfast crew are friendly and professional and make you fell welcome. The breakfast options are extensive with everything from cooked to continental available, probably the best we have encountered. Overall very impressed and will be happy to return in the future

Perfect spot to stay in Vienna if you want a local feel. Right by central metro lines to get around easily, and close to cool bars, cafes and shops in Neubau. The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed the gym, sauna and rooftop bar. We would absolutely stay here again if we returned to Vienna.

Excellent location easy walking distance to the museum quarter, opera house and the city. Staff were very friendly at all times and the breakfast was excellent with ample choice. The room was clean and comfortable the only minor issue was slight peeling of the wallpaper. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. The rooftop bar was a bonus.
