Lovely stay in the heart of Vienna

Hotel is in fantastic location, close to subway stop and all sights. Despite being in the middle of all the action, the room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful too. Great little bar on the rooftop with wonderful city views.

Very nice property, clean and modern, and an excellent staff who are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy; and they gave me a complementary bottle of wine. On the day I checked out, I was able to leave my bags all day, enabling me to explore the city more before leaving. The rooftop bar has a nice view, excellent drinks and I had a wonderful octopus salad.

This is a great hotel in a really central location. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The roof bar offers fabulous views over the city at night. The only minor negatives for us were that breakfast is expensive (although there are lots of alternatives nearby) and the mattresses and pillows were so soft that they did not offer enough support for those preferring something firmer. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay.
