The staff were super friendly. The room has everything you need. Something to note is the shower is in the main room with no privacy really except a curtain. Super close to the train station and streetcar. Breakfast had a good selection but expensive.

Thus is a very well located hotel, with the D tram stop right outside the hotel that we used all the time during our stay. Train station just a 2 minute walk. Nice hotel, room very clean and excellent breakfast. All in all, we had a lovely stay in beautiful Vienna.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The two storey room we had was one of the most unique hotel rooms we have ever stayed at.
