Absolutely beautiful hotel, one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The two storey room we had was one of the most unique hotel rooms we have ever stayed at. We loved this place and will definitely return if we come to Austria again. So conveniently located to the train station and a few minutes away from the subway system.

An excellent Viennese destination. Walkable and very convenient to Wien Hauptbahnhof. Exceeded recommendation of travel guide. Pre-check-in was convenient and staff was helpful and attentive to our requests. Rooms are simple from an American perspective, but very nice and completely adequate for a short stay. If spending a lot of time in Vienna, this location might not be the best. It is fairly outside of the city center but SUPER continent for the train station. Room was fun, though got a little hot at night and opening the window wasn't a great option due to the noisy area next to the train station.

Great location only 5 minutes walking from the train station. The staff are fantastic! Check in was easy even though we arrived after midnight and the bar is open 24/7 with nice drinks including hot wine for the holiday season. The rooms are comfortable with a great layout that uses every inch of space. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in. Vienna!
