The check-in was annoying since we had to basically provide all of the same information that I previously provided for my booking, including birth date and passport information. It was required to be done on an iPad while an employee did other things. The phone number field didn't work properly - accept my location - so a senior employee helped smooth things along.
The room was great, comfy bed, nice amenities (we were only there one night). The AC wall unit was on warm/22 degrees, and after finding the brand online, I walked myself through the process of changing it to air conditioning, but the front desk had to authorise it remotely and again when we left for dinner and returned. So there was a lot of back and forth with the staff; they even came up to help me through the system, which is when we learned about remote start. So they were helpful, but the system didn't perform as they described.
