One of the worst stay I had. The room was okay but the bed was small for two people the pillows were limp of cotton very thin. The bathroom was slippery, and the hotel was located in a rough neighbourhood unsafe even in early evening for women.i will not recommend this hotel to anybody even for a short stay

Stayed because the OBB canceled all trains. Good price for a last minute option. The TV worked, but it said air but there wasn’t any. I just opened the window because I sleep cold. All in all it wasn’t bad. If you have middle names make sure you specify that out for the check in. I have a US Drivers License so I understand the confusion and not knowing where to look.

2/5 Definitely not a “luxury hotel” - the price would also tell you that, at least. The value for money is probably below average even though it’s somewhat cheap. 4 stars, never ever. My room did technically have air conditioning, but it did not work properly and was unable to cool the room. The wifi signal was so bad in my top corner room, it was completely useless. The bathroom is kinda weird; for example, the sink tap is placed so that you can barely fit your hands under it. You can hear every sound both outside the hotel and in the hallway, isolation is quite bad. The bed is very soft, you really sink into it, which some people have a problem with. Cleaning wasn’t terrible but also not great, some things could be cleaner. There is absolutely no facility expected of a 4 star hotel, that’s a straight up lie. 2 stars would be accurate, since other 3-star hotels nearby have better facilities. On the plus side, it’s near Schönbrunn and public transport. Also, the staff seemed nice and helpful enough. However, I would definitely spend a bit more and choose a different hotel.

Wir hatten ein Comfortzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Ob dies bei allen Zimmern so ist, können wir leider nicht beurteilen. Laut Beschreibung ist ein Comfortzimmer mit einem Doppelbett bestückt. Unser Doppelbett war allerdings nur 1,40 m breit. Ein Hinweis in der Beschreibung wäre wünschenswert. Wir hätten dann wohl eher ein Superiorzimmer gebucht, denn in diesen Zimmern gibt es wohl größere Doppelbetten. Ein Schrank im Zimmer (ohne diesen extra ordern zu müssen) oder mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Zimmer wären schön. Eine Reinigung des Zimmers fand während des gesamten Aufenthaltes (5 Nächte) nicht statt. Auf Wunsch wurden die Mülleimer geleert und die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es gab keine langen Warteschlangen. Das Restaurant ist modern und in warmen Farben gestaltet. Der Service im Restaurant ist allerdings verbesserungswürdig. Die Tische sollten gründlicher gesäubert werden. Das Geschirr und Besteck ebenso. Hier müsste nach dem Spülen auch mal auf Sauberkeit geprüft werden, bevor es dem Gast angeboten wird. Außerdem müsste regelmäßig Besteck nachgefüllt werden. Es fehlten täglich kleine Löffel. Kleine Schälchen für die Marmelade wären wünschenswert. Das Frühstück selbst bietet keine riesige Auswahl. Es ist aber für jeden etwas dabei. Mit der U-Bahn ist man wirklich schnell im Zentrum von Wien oder am Schloss Schönbrunn. Letzteres ist fußläufig sogar in 20 min zu erreichen.
