A very clean, welcoming well established hotel in a very convenient location near to well known tourist areas and local transport facilities.
Friendly helpful staff both in the Reception area and Breakfast Room.
Plenty fo good quality choice for breakfast.
I would recommend this hotel for a lovely stay in Vienna.

Staff here are wonderful- Gyorgi was so helpful setting us up with tickets for the train, etc. Hotel is in a wonderful neighborhood in easy walking distance to great bakeries, a superb weinstube and the Ring, trams and sights etc. We loved this place and all of Vienna

A really good central location for exploring Vienna but also quiet and like all of central Vienna felt very safe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We didn't have breakfast as it was a little overpriced at €25 per person.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We made it through intense jet lag with comfort and quiet and healthy waters!

The hotel was a lovely building with really excellent, very friendly staff. Room (standard room) and bathroom were very nice. Breakfast was really excellent.
The only downside for us was our room was unbearably hot. It is February. With no heating on and the window opened with the small opening it allowed, we found it very hard to sleep due to it being so warm in the room. Other than that, good location for walking to all the central attractions, lovely staff and lovely facilities. Would recommend this hotel.
