I had a great four-night stay here. It’s centrally located, steps away from the metro and two stops to Stephansplatz. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well-maintained, with a comfy bed and strong AC. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Vienna!

Overall, the hotel and the room were extremely clean. The room size was above average. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. What I’m about to say actually applies to Vienna in general, but the fact that almost all signs and information are in German can be a bit frustrating for someone who doesn't speak the language.

It was a good room, clean. The AC was very loud so we couldn’t use it during the night, we kept our windows open and it was enough to keep us cool. Breakfast buffet was good enough, it kind of had a little bit of everything. However, when we came around 10am for breakfast, the staff turned off the lights in the main area, started clearing things up and it felt like they were not happy we were there even though breakfast was till 10:30am. So it kind of left bad taste. The rest was fine.
