We loved the design and coziness of the hotel. Staff were super friendly. It was so quiet at night, my toddler slept 12 hours. 😇 Location was terrific with many food choices around the corner. We easily walked 30 min into downtown. When it rained, the subway dropped us off just across the street from the hotel. We also were able to park our rental car in the garage, so it made it easy to load up and continue our Austrian journey. 👍👍

Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly.we arrived early around 9:30AM in the morning. The receptionist checked their inventory and allowed us to checked in early. The hotel is well designed and maintained. Room size is very big. Amenities are superb. Loved the small electric hot water boiler.

The property had a very pleasant and relaxing vibe with a botanical theme. There were live plants, even outside on my balcony, which had a lovely swinging chair. The lobby was spacious and relaxing, a pleasure to walk through. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location of this hotel is also excellent. There is a bus stop across the street as well as the U station with good connections to anywhere in the city. Right around the corner there is an Anker café, and groceries and many other shops right along the street around the corner from the hotel. I would definitely recommend for a convenient and pleasant stay well worth the value.
