Right on the Mariahilfer Straße shopping district within a 15 minute walk to the museums and the Hofburg. Many and varied dining options nearby, The room was clean and very spacious for us (3 adults) although the decor is a bit dated. We had a rental car so beware: the parking options were expensive (35-40€ per night), vehicle restrictions on some streets and lots of construction nearby. Overall, it was just what we needed for our stay in Vienna.

The hotel is in a very central area of Vienna, opposite road there is underground station and 25mins walk away from main attractions. Breakfast was good and it is a good 3 star hotel, it has all the basics and clean.

It was in a very convenient location, and reasonable price. The room was comfortable, but there was one malfunction of equipment. I mentioned this when I checked out. It was a hassle that staff asked me to pay the city tax in cash at check-in. If there are a kettle and some tea or coffee, it was nice, but considering the price, I suppose I can’t ask for too much.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and especially appreciated the availability of an early check in. We really liked the proximity to places to eat and the short walk to the museum district, which is why you pay more for an older room like this. That being said, the family suite was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were also very comfortable! The only downsides were that the floors were dirty/dusty and the woman at the check in desk was very unfriendly, but this didn't deter us.

Highly recommended humble hotel

We stayed there for 1 night in a one bedroom unit upon arriving Vienna and another night in the same room when we returned from another town. Both stays were comfortable and the staffs at the reception are all super friendly and approachable. No fuss with check in and chk out. Breakfast room was cozy and relaxing with simple choices but more than enough to fill our stomachs. We are a family of 5 and there are 5 beds (incl. a sofa bed) to accommodate each one of us. Great location near U3 line and just in mid of the shopping street.

Not 5 stars indeed - toiletries were missing except hand soap, mini fridge didn’t work, no coffee maker, AC was blowing into our face at night and the summer blankets were too thick and hot. We needed a place for three people so the choice was very limited. If one needs a place to sleep and continue to explore Vienna this hotel is good for the purpose.

Highly Recommend for Large Families

A great overnight stay. Was warmly greeted at reception by the owner who gave treats for the kids. The front desk clerk then personally took us to our suite with a smile. The hotel itself is located on what feels like a main vein of the city surrounded by tons of shops, restaurants, and bars. An easy, downhill walk towards the center of town. The hotel room we stayed in was a two room apartment that has 4 beds that can sleep a total of 5 average-sized adults. More than enough room for a family with kiddos. Though there is a lot going on in the streets below, the hotel is well insulated and up above high enough that you hear absolutely nothing. Highly recommend.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and clean, and those are my two positive things to share. I think if the owners just do a facelift, this place can be a lot better and welcoming. There’s a sitting area that is smelly and stuffy and I bet no one will ever actually sit there. Lots of dead or plastics flowers and water bottles in that room and it looks old and dirty and dusty. Removing the old sofas and just adding real green plants will make a big difference. We chose the location because for our last day in Vienna, we wanted to be close to shopping center and it was a great location for that. The AC wasn’t working and they brought us a fan and offered us free breakfast. We didn’t try the breakfast but that was nice of them to offer. Won’t be back but wish them the best.

The breakfast room is cozy and provides a variety of breakfast menu. My family enjoyed it every morning. The shops are nearby and famous landmarks are within the walking distance. Room is old but clean and spacious. We have a laundry machine and oven although we didn't cook. Compared to the price, definitely it is worth to stay.
