Place was GORGEOUS - true old-world elegance. Location was also excellent, close to opera. The metro was even closer than we realized because there's an underpass entrance that a block.

Great hotel. Best breakfast we had on our whole trip. The dining room is very nice and apparently just got remodeled. Best coffee we had on the trip also. This hotel was in a great location. The only thing i would say is our room was tiny and it was on the first floor and faced the busy street with the trams on it so that part was not great so check on room location. The bathroom was small and we only had a queen bed so it was small for us because we like king beds, but it was very comfortable! STAFF WAS GREAT!.

Maria, Simon and the whole staff are amazing! I wish I would’ve got all of their names to thank them personally! The airline lost our luggage and Maria was very helpful with good places to shop for clothing and necessities. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast and dinners were delicious! I was sad when our visit was over. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Maria and Simon and the rest of the staff for making us feel so welcomed!

Fantastic service and friendly reception staff. Conveniently located near U1 line and walkable to much of the city’s sights. Elevator is a bit slow and small, so consider the stairs as a backup option.

Great place in a great location - very close to train stations and also walkable to old Vienna. The property is beautiful. We were in a “petit” room, which was small but very well appointed. Beautiful towels, great shower and very kind staff. The included breakfast was superb! Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect stay. Old chic building (>100 years old), in city center, perfect breakfast, airconditioning. A lot of charm and not expensive. One day there where 2 fresh cakes on our room with a letter to congratulate me with my birthday. I didn't tell them anything, so that was a very kind treat.

Beautiful old building with lots of history. Very comfortable bedroom and powerful shower. Our room faced the side street and was very quiet. Breakfast was very good with a great selection and evening a beautiful room. The hotel is close to some really good restaurants and a traditional cafe, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. It’s an easy walk to Opera, Belvedere and the main station. Would recommend staying here
