We had a wonderful stay! The staff were welcoming, attentive, always available, and provided excellent customer service. Our room and the hotel were spotless and beautifully maintained. The location was excellent—close to Vienna’s most important sights, yet in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of lovely local restaurants nearby. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the city. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pros: - Very close to subway station (we found public transit is safe and easy to use). - Excellent breakfast offered, a much better deal than buying coffee and croissants anywhere else (plus they have nice cheeses, fruits, and all the regular breakfast food like yogurt, cereal, juice,…) Cons: - Can hear noise quite easily from other rooms during the day, the place was quiet at night during our stay. - Front desk not always staffed. - Not well signed, look for ‘hotel’ sign and walk through courtyard to glass doors to enter the hotel. I would stay again; the pros definitely outweighed any cons.

It was excellent. Che k in was amazing. The staff even got us into our room early. However we arrived on Tuesday night. September 22 a little late from being out at 11:02 pm. I do believe we were told there was a code to get in but we forgot. We tried using the room key but we had no code. The front desk was inside. He kept yelling through the glass. Saying to use code but we didn’t know it evidently. Eventually he came out and showed us how to use the code. We left this morning anyway. He could have been friendlier.

It was just a couple of blocks to walk to the local U station. The staff was friendly in the mornings. We did not pay for their breakfast in the parking was $25 a night. We loved our stay in Vienna!

For a budget hotel, this is an okay option. The location is great, a calm yet fairly central neighborhood. The hotel is dated, simple, but also clean and comfortable. There is one massive problem though, which is sound bleeding between rooms. I could literally hear the next door neighbor unzip their coat, sneeze, use the bathroom, etc. If they chose to actually have a conversation, I could hear the whole thing. For that reason alone, I would not stay here again.

This hotel is situated in a nice and safe neighbourhood, just a block from the underground. Close to the tram as well, and to many bars (on the river side) and restaurants near the church. Still, it is a very quiet hotel. Clean room and nice staff. Great breakfast, recommended. The showers and the lifts are very small. And there were no air condition in any of the rooms. The units had been removed and was in for repair, we were told. With the temperatures reaching 36 degrees c, we had to sleep with the window wide open and a fan directed on us, and it was still very hot. So check if they have got the units working if you want to stay in this hotel in May-September.

Great value in a convenient location, and super clean. Staff were extraordinarily helpful: holding our bags till check-in, giving transportation directions, and offering helpful advice on the area. Close to the U-Bahn with lots of good restaurants in the area.
