The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Being able to store our luggage at the hotel was especially convenient and made it much easier for us to continue on to the next part of our trip. Lovely boutique hotel beside MuseumsQuarter, just at the edge of Innere Stadt. There is construction across the street but sound is shut out well by the windows and balcony door. Staff are most helpful, with tips/recommendations and directions. It's situated on the shopping street, not as noisy as the inner city (despite the construction). Felt completely safe as a solo traveller. And the suite was well worth the upgrade!

Gorgeous corner room with balcony. Major construction across the street that looks to be ongoing for perhaps years as they are still demolishing what was there. Good news is that we couldn’t hear it in the room but the balcony was less useful with the noise. Great location next to anything you could want within a few blocks.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room that was so well sound proofed, my partner didn’t even hear me knock in the door. The plush interior design was a treat and the location, in the vibrant Museum Quartiers neighborhood, was fantastic—far enough away from the tourist madness to be peaceful and close enough to take a long walk or quick Uber ride to major sites. We absolutely loved this hotel and hope to return!
