We had a comfortable stay at Hollmann Beletage. It was located in a quiet spot in town and easily walkable to the many sites, public transportation and restaurants. The staff were really nice and always smiling.

Great service from the staff. Beautiful, large, modern and well decorated room. Full and delicious breakfast. From 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. you have complimentary snacks, fruit and beer. The hotel is very well located. It would be nice if they sent you check-in instructions in advance since the hotel is in a building and the lobby is on the second floor. I would not hesitate to return.

We stayed for one right and really liked it. It’s not a conventional hotel but more like having your own studio in the heart of the city. The bed was comfortable, good shower and it was quiet. We slept really well. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely and friendly.

It’s an absolute gem in the heart of the city, but with a very boutique designer feel. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful and the amenities are wonderful! Highly recommend!

Great hotel with a cool boutique vibe. The breakfast was great, it is made to order so prepare some time. Our only feedback was the floor creak a lot in the room so if anyone is up for the bathroom it would wake us all. The staff was all amazing, especially the guy who checked us in. The staff even gave us a jar of their homemade marmalade for out check-out gift. Super thoughtful and we will definitely return!

This was probably the nicest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff made our stay very personalized. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very up-to-date. What an absolute wonderful experience! This was a special trip for me to visit the Christmas markets of Vienna with my son. From the moment I came in the door it felt like home. They are truly crazy for you. From the decor which is cosy, cute and private, the service and kindness of each and every staff member. I engaged primarily with Simone for the day I booked and cannot say enough about his excellent customer service. Just the kindest young man. All other staff were excellent as well. The breakfast which is included was amazing and made with the freshest organic ingredients. The chef and his staff were also super especially Tobias who was always so helpful in answering my questions. My hope is to return to Vienna one day and I will definitely stay again at the Hollmann Beletage Design & Boutique Hotel. Sending the warmest regards to everyone and Merry Christmas

I have the highest praise for the service in this hotel. It was exceptional. They put so much thought into the smallest details: from the chalkboard message next to our room welcoming our family to their hotel to the petit fours and sparkling wine on our bed to help unwind after the long flight. The beds were comfortable and the room was squeaky clean. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal. We were there for 4 nights, and there was a different printed menu each day. On our last day, we learned that the manager does a lot of the baking-- my husband loved her blueberry cake. In the late afternoons there is a complementary snack and beer. The front desk staff was so pleasant, informative, and helpful. I could go on and on. The location is also great, very central to the sites, subway, tons of restaurants and shopping. The only piece of advice I have for the hotel is to check their air conditioning system; I wish the room had been cooler. All in all, everything was outstanding.

To start off with the many positives: The staff were all exceptional, very friendly and helpful; the location is superb, a short distance walk to Stephenplatz and also near many metro stations; the room/premises were very clean; breakfast was delicious and it was nice to have different options everyday. There are nice little breakout areas throughout the property which are great to just hang out if you don't want to stay in your room. A few minor points: like others have commented, I did not like having the sink in the bedroom. It really isnt practical at all. But I found out subsequently that you can request a room with a more conventional layout. I would suggest it to anyone planning to stay. Also, it would be great to be provided with disposable slippers like many 4/5 star hotels do. There weren't any in the room and we had forgotten to pack ours. Finally, it would be nice if the reception could be staffed for slightly longer in the evenings, maybe until 11pm We were never back in before 9pm and there were questions we wanted to ask the reception but there was nobody there. There is something nice about being greeted by a friendly face at reception when you return back to a hotel in an unfamiliar city. Overall we would def be happy to stay here again, but in a room with a more conventional bathroom layout.
