Great location. Extremely quiet apartment with vaulted ceilings, giving it kind of a mansion like vibe. Stein Cafe around the corner, Schottentor UBahn Station steps away, and Billa Supermarkt to stock your kitchen. Totally recommend.

Beautiful historic building. The rooms were large and had high ceilings. Apartment style so it came with a full kitchen and a washer, which were greatly appreciated. Layouts were a little bit odd (for example bathroom and toilet were separated at different ends of the apartment). The cleaning was generally well done. The coffee pot and some kitchen equipment were not very clean but I will not be picky about that. The area is close to attractions and easily walkable, although not many shops and they close early. The biggest issue was the floors. It was old wood floor which made loud creaking noise every step. And because of the layout of the room, I risk waking up a cranky toddler every time I went to the kitchen or toilet. Luckily there weren't anyone staying in the unit above us or their floors were better, otherwise this issue would be much harder to ignore. I can understand and appreciate the bare minimum furniture, and the need to keep cost down to maintain such a reasonable price in this part of town. But if they could fix up the floor, that would up another level.

The apartment was clean and beautiful, and looked exactly like the photos. Check in and communication were clear and quick. It was close to a grocery store, restaurants and the subway system. Everything needed to make basic meals was provided. My adult children and I loved the place. The only issue was the shower - it has glass covering only half of the opening, and no matter what we did water spilled out. But the temperature and pressure were great, so no real complaints. I would highly recommend to stay here, and I would book it again in a heartbeat!

駅から近くアクセスがとても良くて、観光に便利。スタッフはとても親切。ランドリー設備はなかったが、フロントに洗濯をお願いすることもできたらしい。シャワーとトイレは独立していて使いやすかった。部屋の床が一部はがれかけていて、でこぼこしていた。また、部屋のキッチンに洗剤はあったが、スポンジがなかった。部屋には扇風機が2つあったが冷房はなく、網戸がなくて窓を開けると虫が入ってくるので窓を開けることもできず、滞在したのが8月初旬だったのて夜もとても暑かった。

O imóvel é gigante para os padrões locais e dentro do apartamento tem tudo que você precisa pra uma viagen, principal a máquina de lavar que você consegue zerar suas roupas da viagem, muito bom. Imóvel tem cara de bem antigo mas tudo funciona então pra nós foi bom.
