The staff is friendly, courteous and the food is superb, especially the breakfast buffet which was spectacular. My room was clean and is high-tech. I would stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.

We chose the hotel because it’s walking distance to the Schönbrunn Palace which was very convenient. The hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast is wonderful. Staff were friendly. Lots of parking available underground. Highly recommend!

Great location right by the U4 station! Reception and breakfast room can get overwhelmed during peak times. Overall great stay, just allow more time for breakfast on your departure day

Great location right next to subway train and short walk to Schönbrunn and Technisches Museum. Delicious breakfast included. Bunk beds were fun for the kids. Shopping mall with grocery store in the same building!

The location is very convenient, near subway station. The breakfast was very good. There was nice grocery store on the ground floor and nice little shopping center as well. I will stay here next time in Vienna.

Quite new hotel, good location right beside train station. There's supermarket and shopping in the same building. Staff attitude is bad. There's system issues and I was asked to come back later a few times. Right after check in time, the system check in is done manually. Staff didn't want to process my check in and ask me to wait. This is despite seeing another guy gets his check in done. When I asked for kettle to have hot water the lady said not available while giving the there's nothing I can do look. In hospitality industry you cannot choose who you serve, if you have issues with certain people it's best to work in other industry. Body language says alot about the person.

The hotel was inside an office building with a shoppingmall on the side which made it a bit if a puzzle to find the entrance and the recrption being located at the second floor. After that no problems at all and a pleasant stay.
