Though the room was clean, the hotel itself was looking tired. The front desk staff were excellent. We were able to leave our luggage when we arrived early and when we checked in until we had to depart which was very handy. Pretty good location close to the downtown core. Easy access by transit.

Gorgeous property. Decent location - about 8 mins flat walk from the train station, taking the CAT train straight from the airport. Easy and welcoming check-in process. Room was a bit dated - no USB sockets, for example. But otherwise very comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

Good value for the money. Excellent staff, clean rooms and common areas. The hotel is a bit old and cleaning can only help so much. I also found the ironing room a bit strange and inconvenient. Rooms should be equipped with an iron, or, if not, the hotel should have a few irons they can loan out to the rooms. I would still come back to this hotel though.

This hotel is very well located, being a short walk to Wien Mitte/Landstrasse and the rail/underground/City Airport Train hub. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Both of the rooms that we have stayed in so far have had leaking showers or broken shower heads, but everything else has been good. We opted out of breakfast as we considered it too pricey.

This hotel is close to all modes of transportation. The staff was very friendly and their breakfast was excellent. Microwave was missing but other amenities like refrigerator and kettle for heating water were there. It felt like hotel is short staffed at times , especially in the evening and could impact room service. Overall, I would strongly recommend the hotel for everyone.
