A beautiful, well-appointed hotel in central Vienna close to restaurants, shopping, and museums. My room was on the smaller side, but still comfortable with a window facing an interior courtyard. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The on-site breakfast was incredible - a wide array of morning treats suitable for any appetite. Overall, an excellent hotel and I would stay again.

Great stay, and a nice little hotel. The Graben hotel location is unbeatable. St Stephans cathedral, Hofburg palace, great dining and shopping are all an easy walk, and minutes from the Graben hotel front door. UBahn (Stephansplatz station) is a 5 minute walk, providing easy access in minutes to the Museums Quartier, Schonbrunn, the Prater. Breakfast was standard, but good quality (cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, eggs, sausages, bread and pastries). All in all a nice little hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

This is an ideal hotel central. Saint Stephen Plaza and walking distance to everything. 30mins. Taxi and same metro. One stop change at central fir st Stephen plaza. I have stayed in this hotel five times the staff go beyond expectation.

Excellent location - The hotel is situated close to all the attractions in the 1st district. The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was OK - primarily a selection of breads, cold cuts, and pastries. They had hard boiled eggs and sausages. This was the only disappointing aspect, but otherwise a great place to stay.

+: Great location at the heart of Vienna. In a calm sideway street of Graben, I had a room with windows into the inner yard. The room was small (single use), but sufficiently equipped. I appreciated the tea cattle, minibar, toiletries, in particular body lotion and kleenex, at the bathroom. The breakfast was good. Comfortable check out time 11:00. Optimal price + quality balance for my stay. -: The bed was old and too hard for my perception. Breakfast finishes at 10h which is too early for some people on vacation. Buffet not filled up towards finish. I would have appreciated bacon on top of the scrambled egg + fish dishes at the buffet. Boiled eggs at the buffet were cold. Being able to order a freshly boiled egg would be nice. For 4* I would have expected a wellness area at the hotel, judging by international thresholds. However, this requirement is apparently not applicable for the Austrian hotel standard.
