This was our first time in Austria. This hotel is across from Vienna Opera house, great location, can walk most everywhere in Ringstrasse. Breakfast great, rooms large. The best though was the front desk staff! Florentina was fabulous! We hadn’t navigated the train system before, & she was so helpful. She was great! All staff were!!

Beautiful interior of rooms. love the granite/marble in bathrooms. Beds firm. Tea kettles would be helpful. Breakfast very good and plentiful in options. Only one front desk clerk in our experience. can be inconvenient when checking in when multiple people waiting. Overall would stay at property again.

Convenient location. Toilet bowl full of damage/scratch marks. Shower was doorless/screenless, which was troublesome - had to face the glass at an awkward angle to prevent water from splashing out. Expensive for few amenities, and only 1 free bottle of water.
