An excellent place. The tram is behind the building, 3 minutes walk and it was very easy to get in the center town. The place is very clean, confortable and we will definitely stay there again should we go back to Vienna.

Everything was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The property is roughly an hour walk from the city center so that was the only downside. The kitchen and fridge in the room was super convenient and the free laundry was also another plus! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family !

I would not recommend this place. It is not located in the city center, so you need to rely on transportation to get back and forth. Additionally, the street is extremely loud. I read reviews that led me to book this accommodation, but if you value comfort while traveling, this is not the right place for you. On a positive note, I want to mention that the employee at the breakfast area was exceptionally sweet and kind. She made our experience much better.

The whole process from booking to check out was seamless and really felt like they wanted to do their best for you. Despite being on a busy road, inside was very quiet and the location was great near a tram stop. Everything was as advertised and instructions how to get there were perfect. Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was amazing. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and the area here is very convenient for public transportation. With laundry available in the facility, it made our trip easier. Rooms are very clean and they were spacious for 4 people. Definitely will stay here again when we come back here. We stayed 4 days in this hotel, we enjoyed it; especially the enterance to rooms are very easy. We are free to enter with special room digital code besides thinking about the reception staff working hours. The hotel is proffesional in their job, they send emails on time about the whole process.
