Very clean and very nice location. Easy to get to things with staples near by. Check in was a little lengthy but the detail provided about the place was great through the app. Everything you needed to prepare small meals was provided and easy with having a grocery store less than 2 blocks away. Perfect amount of room for my spouse and I. Highly recommend for business or leisure travel.

Like others have mentioned, the check-in process could definitely be improved. I completed the check-in a few days before arrival, paid the deposit (which is a bit of a pain, to be honest), and added the access card to my Apple Wallet. Unfortunately, the access was cancelled before my arrival, so despite having done everything correctly, I couldn’t get into the property. I arrived around 3pm and, although it only took me a short time to contact the property, it was still inconvenient to be standing outside without access. They responded quickly and resolved the issue straight away, and I had no further problems during my stay. One thing to keep in mind is that you access the apartment using your phone, so make sure you always have enough battery! The apartment itself is excellent. The AC was a huge plus, especially with temperatures reaching 39°C outside. The washing machine, drying rack and even laundry detergent were very appreciated. The fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine, with a few coffee capsules, were also great touches. The bedding was very high quality, and overall, it felt like a lot of thought had gone into making the apartment comfortable and convenient. It seems brand new, with everything immaculate and exceptionally clean. Aside from the initial check-in issue, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it.
