Clean, comfortable & spacious rooms. Breakfast is basic but plentiful. In a quiet neighbourhood, and with good public transport into the city. This is the third B&B we’ve stayed in and we like the chain in general.

The property was very clean, modern and very well insulated considering it's close location to a busy road and overpass. It has very good travel links to central Vienna. The breakfast selection was small and simple but more than enough every day - consisting of meat/cheese/bread options, a small fruit selection (normally 2 fruits) and some porridge selections. The staff were very helpful for any issues, and check in/out was very simple. Room cleaning is done by appointment to help save water, which is ideal if you want an uninterrupted stay. Room facilities are good, bathrooms are clean. TV is of minimal use as it only picks up approximately 5 channels, however there's so much to see and do that this isn't a problem!

When I entered in a hotel the reception is closed . I checked online after that when I entered in a room there is so foul smell coming. And that was so terrible. Staff is not present in the hotel for help. I booked this hotel through Expedia. They also tried to contact the hotel but no one is there for help. After that Expedia arranged another hotel For us .

Zimmer: Sauber, zweckmäßig, aber nicht mehr. Kein Schrank, nur ein kleines Regal und ein paar Kleiderbügel zum Kleidung aufhängen, wirkt irgendwie billig. Bad sehr schön und sauber. Personal: wenn vorhanden, freundlich, aber gestresst. Frühstück: um kurz vor 9 gab es keine Körnerbrötchen mehr, Croissants waren auch leer. Wenn etwas fehlte musste man dem Personal Bescheid geben (z.B. Kaffeelöffel, oder wenn Milch im Kaffeeautomat leer war). Sowas sollte das Personal merken. Nach 23 Uhr gab es keine Möglichkeit mehr, gemeinsam etwas zu trinken. Rezeption war geschlossen, der Getränkeautomat funktionierte die gesamten 3 Tage nicht und wurde nicht repariert. Hier wird am falschen Ende gespart, eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre gibt es keine.

Alles sauber und auf hohem Niveau. Habe mit B&B Hotels bisher keine schlechten Erfahrungen gemacht. Perfekt, wenn man ein Konzert in der Arena Wien besucht. Glutenfreien Toast gibt es am Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gut. Allgemein ist die Allergenkennzeichnung jedoch ausbaufähig

La colazione è buona e abbondante, purtroppo non è organizzata bene soprattutto per via degli orari tardivi nei weekend. La pulizia in camera va richiesta tramite applicazione internet altrimenti viene eseguita solo ogni 3 notti come da avviso in camera

Das Zimmer wird nur alle 3 Tage sauber gemacht. Für das Parken wird 18 Euro pro Nacht verrechnet . Ich hatte kein Frühstück gebucht, war nach einen kurzen Blick zum selbigen auch gut so. Das Personal war bemüht und sehr freundlich, glänzte aber nicht gerade mit Kompetenz . Ich werde eher nicht mehr dort Nächtigen.

スタッフの方がドイツ語しか喋れなかったため、コミュニケーションに困りましたが親切な方でした。すごく清潔なホテルでした！ 色々な路線が最寄りにあってアクセスは非常によかったです！都市からも！空港からも！ ただ若干壁が薄いので夜遅くまで騒ぐ客がいるとすごい気になります！3泊4日のうち1日だけ夜遅くまで走り回る方々が上にいたので最悪でした！ フロントにつながる電話は無いため、自分で降りて対応等しないといけないです。
