We loved the lobby! The toilet smelled bad and there where hairs on the floor. Room was very distant, specially if you are carrying luggage.
We arrived early and our room was not really and bellman was super nice, he recieved our luggage and showed us the way to restaurants in the área.

There was construction going on and I could not sleep in the mornings. The hotel staff was negligent in putting me in a room near where the construction was happening knowing well that it would cause disturbance.

Very nice and relatively recently upgraded hotel close to Schönbrunn. Very helpful staff when I had a double booking due to my own fault. Will come again!!

Great location if you want to visit Zoo and Schonbrunn palace. Just few minutes walk. Also metro stop is just behind corner if you want to explore rest of the city. There's public underground parking connected to hotel too. Hotel was great, would definitely use it again.
