Fine hotel

Fine hotel with ideal location for purpose of trip. Nice room, eventhough the shower is not easy to enter for a rotund person, as the door blocks half the entryspace. Friendly staff, ok breakfast.

Very well maintained property and provided us with a comfortable stay. We stayed at this hotel when visiting Vienna to attend their many Christmas markets. The hotel is less than 5 mins walking from Vienna’s main Christmas market in from of their parliament building, making it very convenient. It’s also walkable to many other markets although taking public transport may be easier for some that don’t want to walk far distances. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were also welcoming and helpful.

Ok Hotel

The standard room is tiny and furnished with outdated furniture and beds/mattresses. The bathroom is extremely small and equipped with a whimsical size shower. The location of the hotel is central. Overall, the hotel is not a luxury hotel, it is however clean and the location is good.

Property is easy access to everything except that it is hidden. Only hotel in the area I guess. Elevator is not working right during our stay but it happens. Staff all right, very helpful. Safe area. Close to the city center.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the main Christmas market and it was in the perfect location for that and other main landmarks. The cleanliness can be improved as we had to have our room cleaned upon arrival as there was a thick film of dust on our nightstands and desk. There was also a broken lamp on our floor just hanging there. The staff were quick to rectify the issue. The hotel has no real amenities, but the staff are really nice. Overall it was a good value for the price.

Very basic accommodation.

Tiny, poky room, only one free electrical socket, no desk - also no real bar or lounge to speak of. Certainly didn't live up to expectation. On the plus side, it's a good location for exploring the city.
