This is a well maintained, clean hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a map and went over it with us, pointing out where the hotel was and where the places we wanted to visit were located. During our stay, everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well which was important for us as we were in Vienna during a summer heatwave. The hotel is in a great location and it was easy to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. When we went to Schonbrunn Palace, we purchased a day pass for the underground at the front desk.

The hotel is wonderful. It’s located in a quiet area while still being a short walk to the old town area. The Votive church near the hotel has an evening light show that is a must see. (Not a religious show) I’d definitely recommend the property if you are looking for something relatively close without being right in the centre of tourist grand central.

Perfect location to visit all the main attractions in Vienna. Beautiful spacious room with coffee and kettle available. Shower and bathroom was great but one note worthy draw back: a clear glass bathroom door that didn't even lock. Not a fan of the glass door.
