Great room & facilities. Staff good. Really relaxed modern place. Perfect for a short visit & very clean. Shower ver good. Tram 5min walk away into Vienna. Superb city with great light show at the Votive Church. Hop on/off bus brilliant if only there for a few days, as is the day tour to the Alps, Hallstart & Salzburg. Fully immerged into Austria 🇦🇹

Hotel was clean, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the area was quiet. Great stay here! A bit far from the center, but there is a tram about 10 minutes away that takes you there.

Reception staff were accomodating, no problems communicating in english. room was clean, bath had hot and cold shower, hair dryer. no kettle, no refrigerator. Wifi a little slow at times. Usb and plug in ports for charging. Good place to stay if you don't mind a short walk to the public transport stops.

Clean, quiet and basic, exactly what we needed for a short stay in Vienna. Close by to trams into city centre, it is quite a bit away from everything so this was a life saver!

It was a nice stay. The cleanninless is something to improve. It seems the bed hast been never moved for vacumming. And not all the electrical outlets worked. Anither thing that we missed was a kettle and couple of cups to boil water. The design and the views are pretty, in general Other than that it was ok.

It was a relatively nice hotel, especially for the price. Staff were very nice. There were no amenities in the room (fridge, phone, coffee pot, etc) and the Wi-Fi did not work very well. The location was also a bit inconvenient as everywhere I wanted to go was at least 30 minutes by train/bus. The curtains had some kind of weird stain that looked like blood at first but I think it was food. The bed and bathroom seemed clean and the furnishings were newer.

due to the high traffic of tourists should have more elevators at their disposal. what I thought was quite bad about the internet service is that you can't make calls. The air was very hot and it was not possible to adjust it to my liking. I also did not find bottles of water in the room and finally I found the room very small

40 yo, solo traveler. I liked the stay in this location. It was clean and everything worked. On the 8th floor. It was quiet. I Like that, you have a key for the elevator, and you can go up and down without going through reception in the third flood. It feels like you were living in your own apartment. The smallest room with a king bed is great. Very comfortable. There is a gas station like 10 minutes away, I bought stuff there as I arrive late. The location is ~20 minutes away from the center. And I had to walk ~15 minutes to get to the tram. Streets are empty around that area, feel a bit sketchy, but this is Vienna, so no issues. Did not see any shady characters around. Hot water, good. Smells good. Everything worked. Stayed three days. Just go. Will comeback.
