“The hotel didn’t quite meet our expectations. We didn’t get off to the best start as there was a storm so there was a power cut, which we know couldn’t be helped. There was no running water for the first evening which meant we couldn’t wash/shower before dinner, there was then still no hot water the next morning. With all the problems there was only one staff member trying to deal with it all covering the reception, bar, spa and restaurant. We left early on our last morning and there was no hot...

“Property was completely overgrown and unprepared, pool was green from algae, rotten food in the fridge, "kitchen" completely messy, etc. etc.”

“The room was nice and spacious, but unfortunately not entirely clean. The hotel also serves as a venue for weddings and other events, so it was extremely loud until 2:30 a.m. We strongly recommend asking if an event is scheduled. The staff was very friendly and nice, as well as very accommodating. As an apology, we were invited to breakfast, but unfortunately that didn’t make up for our sleepless night. The hotel’s location is very nice with a great view!”

“Hard to find but entirely worth the effort. There's poor signage, and Google Maps puts you on a dead end street just south of the hotel. The staff says they are working on the problem. Remember the place is on the north side of the pedestrian mall and east of the Sonce restaurant. Get on Celjska cesta and drive past the Golf Apartments right into their parking garage.”

“Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommen sicher wider”
