We only stayed one night so my experience is limited. We had a room on the first floor with two queen beds. Checkin was easy thanks to Expedia. The room was very clean and fairly well updated. Very comfortable with no loud sounds from neighbors. We felt safe too. Amenities were OK. Individual shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Included continental breakfast was sufficient, but nothing to write home about.
