I had prepaid for my stay based on property description, price and reviews. When I arrived a quickly determined it would not be a place I would be comfortable staying. It's the only place I've ever paid for and not stayed.
The shower water handle was broken off , I only had one towel when I said it was me and my girlfriend staying .the television did not function remotely was out of batteries . The microwave had a short and smelled like burnt when I tried to heating up my food.
Rooms have black mold, people banging on our door. Manager don't like cops called. That place has people doing illegal substances and he doesn't give a care. I would suggest having this place closed down and everyone locked up.
The girl at the front desk was nice, but this place is not a good place to stay.. clearly some drug dealings going on at all hours of the night… the room smelled awful. There were not fans for ventilation.. very old and dirty. No towels no closet.. this is definitely a place that generally unhoused or addicts can afford to stay in..
I don’t think that the sheets and pillow cases and towels were clean.
It looked like the pillow cases and sheets didn’t look they were replaced after the last guest, and the towels were old and stained.
Hot shower was Nice tho.
The mini-split air-conditioner was weak, and couldn’t keep the room warm at night.
I’m paying for the cheapest room in run-down area; Regardless, there needs to be a minimum hotel standards for cleanliness
